Refund Policy

BiKube is committed to providing a quality product and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:
Contact the dealer or the place of purchase. Do not return the product without prior authorization. 

If you bought directly online through Bikube.com or through Amazon.com and the product is fulfilled by us, you will have 15 calendar days to return the BiKube from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the BiKube must be in the same condition "as new" that you received it. The BiKube should be returned in the original packaging and include the original bill of sale.

Refunds:
Once we receive the BiKube, we will inspect it.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund less shipping fees or 10% of the total retail value as a restocking fee (in case of free shipping). Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made. 
  
Shipping:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred in the return process. 
 
How to request a return:
1.  Access our simple online Return Authorization Request form at our official website.
2.  Identify the reason for your return, the date of purchase and date you received the BiKube.
3.  Provide us with your email address.  Instructions will be emailed to you as to how to best return the BiKube.
4.  Your refund will be processed once the BiKube has been received and inspected.

Warranty

BiKube is manufactured by Ergoconcept, France. Ergoconcept stands firm on the commitment to provide a quality product and exceptional service. The product has been built to precise specifications, with quality materials. It is inspected prior to shipment. Ergoconcept warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in material and/or workman shift for the period indicated below. During the warranty period, we will correct any defects in material or workmanship at no charge. All shipping charges must be paid by the original purchaser. This product warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of this device. Proof of purchase and ownership is required to validate the warranty eligibility.

The warranty does not extend to any subsequent purchaser or owner. The warranty is void upon transfer of ownership or use by another person. This warranty does not cover problems due to negligence, improper use of the product and/or unauthorized alterations and/or modifications. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and routine maintenance.

The warranty is specifically limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This product is warranted for the following length of time:

  • Metal frame: 2 years limited warranty
  • Other parts: 1 Year limited warranty

There are no warranties which extend beyond these indicated herein and all other warranties, express or implied are hereby disclaimed. For warranty service or claims, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the BiKube®. In the event you are not able to receive satisfactory service, please contact us directly. Do not return items without our prior consent.
